Yoga is a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself during the lively and sometimes challenging weeks, months, and years after giving birth or becoming a parent. This practice helps you rediscover your body and breath, gradually building strength and resilience.

Join us for a gentle 45-minute yoga session, where you can focus on your well-being while your little one enjoys playing in the playroom—or even joins in if they’d like!

Join Rhythm Time for multi-sensory music classes which have been carefully written by a music teacher, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Our baby, toddler and pre-school classes give children the opportunity to play real instruments each week and we have lots of fun with Rat-a-tat and his friends.

Held in our private studio, this multi-sensory, unstructured play session allows children to dive in and explore a variety of messy and sensory play setups at their own pace. Since children explore the world through touch, it’s crucial to provide them with plenty of opportunities to experience different textures and sensations.

Naturally curious, children thrive in environments where messy play engages their senses at a developmentally appropriate level. These sessions are designed to support your child in building confidence, curiosity, imagination, and creativity.
